Payment Plan Addendum
to the Subscription Agreement

Client: Kyle Blakley (the “Client”)
Effective Date: October 2, 2025
Package: Basic Subscription — 3 shoots per quarter (1/month), 6 edited images per shoot, standard scheduling, 2-week turnaround, plus perks as listed on the Subscriptions page.
This Addendum modifies only the payment terms of the Basic Subscription. All other terms remain governed by the Subscription Service Terms & Conditions posted on the website. If there is a conflict, this Addendum controls solely as to payment scheduling and consequences of non-payment.
1) Total Fee & Scope
1.1 The total fee for the Basic Subscription (Quarterly) is $2,250 (the “Subscription Fee”). Package inclusions and perks are as published on the Subscriptions page as of the Effective Date. Any published, package-specific rates for add-ons (e.g., additional shoots, extra retouched images) will apply if purchased.
2) Customized Weekly Payment Plan (No Interest)
2.1 The Client will pay $150 per week toward the $2,250 balance until paid in full.
2.2 The Client may pay more than $150 in any week to reduce the remaining balance faster; all prepayments are applied to principal immediately.
2.3 Payments are non-refundable once made.
2.4 Payment Method. All payments will be made via Apple Cash to the Photographer’s Apple
Cash contact: 3475177461. Any change to the payment method must be communicated in writing before the payment date. Changes requested on or after the
payment date may be declined or applied to the next installment at the Photographer’s
discretion. Payment is deemed received when the Apple Cash transfer is successfully
delivered and accepted.
Invoicing & Due Day. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices issue each Monday with payment due by Friday 11:59 PM (PT) of the same week.
3) Start of Services / Scheduling While on Plan (Updated) 3.1 Scheduling Threshold. Subscription shoots will not be scheduled until at least half of the total amount ($1,125) is paid. 3.2 Deliverables Gate. Final delivery of edited images and licensing for any shoot requires the account to be current at the time deliverables are released. The full license for all subscription deliverables activates once the Subscription Fee is paid in full (balance = $0). 3.3 Quarterly Cadence. This plan funds the Basic Subscription for one quarter. Shoots should be booked within that quarter; standard roll-over limits, travel rules, rescheduling windows, and turnaround times apply per posted terms.
4) Late, Missed, or Partial Payments
4.1 Grace Period. A payment is late if not received by Friday 11:59 PM (PT). A 7-day grace applies automatically.
4.2 Late Fee. If not received by the end of the grace period, a $15 late fee (or 5% of the missed installment, whichever is higher) is added.
4.3 Service Pause. If the account becomes more than 14 days past due, scheduling and work in progress may be paused until the account is brought current.
4.4 Default. If the account is more than 30 days past due, the Photographer may cancel remaining services and keep payments made to date as liquidated damages for time held and opportunity cost. This does not waive Photographer’s right to collect the outstanding balance.
5) Add-Ons, Travel, and Rescheduling (Reference)
5.1 Add-Ons. Additional services are available at the rates posted on the Subscriptions page at the time of purchase (e.g., additional shoots; extra retouched images).
5.2 Travel. Local travel within 30 miles of Los Angeles is included; beyond that, standard travel fees apply per posted Terms & Conditions.
5.3 Rescheduling/Cancellation. Standard reschedule and cancellation windows and fees apply per posted Terms & Conditions.
6) Terms Incorporated by Reference
Except as modified by this Addendum, the Subscription Service Terms & Conditions (including ownership/licensing, force majeure, indemnification, and governing law—California) remain in full force and effect.
7) No Assignment; Entire Understanding
This Addendum is personal to the Client and may not be assigned without written consent. Together with the Subscription Service Terms & Conditions and the Subscriptions page for package specifics, this is the entire understanding regarding payment and supersedes any prior oral statements on payment timing.
