By agreeing to do a photo shoot with Michael Letterlough, Jr. you are agreeing to, and understand the following:

• Artistic Subjection: Art is a form of expression that is purely creative and subjective to the individual. When commissioning Michael Letterlough, Jr. you are commissioning an artist's craft. There is not a "cookie cutter" process to his photo shoot projects. Each project is different. He can not promise you that your project will look exactly like the images posted on this website, his physical portfolio, or any inspirational images, but Michael Letterlough, Jr. can promise to utilize the same level of professionalism, technique, and experience on all projects he undertakes.

• Usage: In an effort to maintain Brand Quality, unretouched/ "RAW" images will not be released by the photographer to a client unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon prior to booking the shoot. "RAW" images, which are for viewing purposes only, cannot be posted on ANY social media platforms, or used for any print or digital media/publications. Should this agreement be broken the appropriate steps of action will be taken.
  

Photos taken by photographer, for you, will not be given to an outside (3rd party) source for any retouching services or image altering work without first asking permission. Client may request for additional edited/retouched images if desired at an additional cost. Please inquire with photographer for further details.

• Deposits: Your deposit is issued to confirm and begin the planning process of your production, therefore that reason, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, it is transferable. Should you need to cancel and reschedule your shoot please see the cancellation policy below. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable pursuant to the listed cancellation policy (see below). All deposits are followed by a scheduled consultation call.
  

• Cancelling & Rescheduling: Photography rates cover the photographer's time and expertise, studio/location fee (if applicable), team fee to help bring your shoot together (if applicable), editing and/or retouching fee (if applicable), and travel fees (if applicable). Because this is already a discounted offer, Michael Letterlough, Jr. Photography does not offer refunds on photo shoot specials.
  
  Should you need to cancel and reschedule your shoot to a different date you are allowed per company policy to do so within 30 days from the original scheduled date at no penalty or cost to you. Should you need to reschedule beyond that point a $75.00 rescheduling fee will be assessed. The third rescheduling will entitle your deposit to become NULL and VOID and you will have to begin the booking process again pursuant with Michael Letterlough, Jr.'s schedule. Should the unforeseen happen and the rescheduling of a production fall to Michael Letterlough, Jr. you will be notified within 72 hours of the situation and rescheduled to the next earliest available date upon Michael Letterlough, Jr.'s calendar.

• Payment: Final payment for the photo shoot must be made on the day of the shoot, not after, and must be presented before shooting begins. Michael Letterlough, Jr. Photography does not accept personal checks or money orders as payment. Along with the final payment, the shoot will begin with a photo release agreement signed by both the client and photographer.
  

• Image Distribution: Images will be released for viewing via an online viewing gallery within 48 business hours after a photo shoot. Image selections must be made and returned to photographer within 48 hours after the delivery of photos. Viewing gallery will expire after 90 days.

The session will consist of approximately 300-600 frames (depending on the shoot).

• Sessions: All photo shoot sessions are closed (with the exception of makeup, hair, clothing stylists, art director or personal assistants) unless you are under the age of 18 or have previously discussed a legitimate reason for having someone with you and have received my permission. Photos selected for retouching will be retouched to the highest possible quality provided by the photographer.

• Photos selected for editing will be edited to the highest possible quality provided by the photographer.

Basic retouching services include:

-skin retouching (clearing skin of imperfections such as acne & scars; evening/smoothing out & highlighting skin tone; restoring lost skin texture; evening out and/or correcting beards or other facial hair).

-image adjustments such as exposure, contrast, saturation, color correction and balance, tone adjustments, highlight and shadow adjustments, noise reduction, and overall ambiance enhancement.

Any requests for retouching will incur additional fees.

• Time-frame: Edited image(s) will be returned within 15 days from the date of photo selection.
